1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 44kkk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the services available at 44kkk. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

44kkk provides online gaming services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing arcade titles. These services are offered exclusively to adult players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3. By creating and using a 44kkk account you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering a 44kkk account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 44kkk reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

Each registered user may hold only one active account. The registration and maintenance of multiple accounts (including accounts under different names, email addresses, or payment methods) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share login credentials with any third party. 44kkk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2. You must notify 44kkk customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. 44kkk may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
3. 44kkk reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You are required to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by 44kkk.
4. Accounts that remain inactive (no login and no real-money activity) for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 44kkk will attempt to notify users before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant account, in accordance with applicable policies.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

44kkk accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 44kkk does not accept cash deposits, wire transfers through unaffiliated banks, or cryptocurrency.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 44kkk aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and any pending KYC requirements.

1. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted. 44kkk reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if the payment method does not match the registered account holder's identity.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change at 44kkk's discretion.
3. 44kkk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where a withdrawal is withheld, 44kkk will notify the account holder and provide guidance on the documentation required to complete verification.
4. Any funds in a 44kkk account that are identified as being derived from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained sources will be frozen immediately. 44kkk will cooperate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

44kkk may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentive offers from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise stated:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.
2. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome (including systematic low-risk betting strategies) constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
3. Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to new accounts only. Each user is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4. 44kkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted by a user and in progress at the time of modification will be honoured under its original terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44kkk Platform. Engagement in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification or identity document submission.
2. Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping, seat-renting in poker variants, or any pre-arranged outcome in peer-to-peer games.
3. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an advantage over standard human play, or to scrape data from the Platform.
4. Any attempt to launder money or use the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise any activity that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
5. Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or miscalculation in odds or payouts that results in winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal Platform operation. Any winnings obtained in this manner are void and will be reclaimed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 44kkk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, and audio-visual material, is the property of 44kkk or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 44kkk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44kkk, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

44kkk does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 44kkk will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, unforeseeable technical failures, or events outside 44kkk's reasonable control.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

44kkk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in prohibited conduct, or failing to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
2. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal or irregular activity conducted through or in connection with the account, pending the outcome of an investigation.
3. A request from the account holder to close their account, including a request made under the Platform's self-exclusion programme. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

10. Responsible Gaming

44kkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings. 44kkk encourages all players to use these tools proactively, particularly if you feel that your gaming activity is becoming difficult to control.
